Directed by Vasant, a student of noted director K Balachander, a Tamil hit film with Surya and Jyothika in the lead is being dubbed into Telugu as 'Deal' by D Balaji on the banner of New Dream Creations. The film unit held a press meet to reveal the details of the film and its release date.

Speaking on the occasion, producer says, 'This is a youthful and musical entertainer. The film had all the shades that could attract all classes of audiences in general and the youth in particular. Surya's performance, Jyothika's glamour, Yuan Shankar Raja's music and the directorial capabilities of Vasant would remain big assets of the movie. We are confident that the Telugu audiences would also like the film and make it a big hit.'

Vijayakumar, Nazar, Ambika, Kavita, Vadivelu and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Rajasekhar Reddy, while Sripal Reddy is presenting the movie.
