Srikant is playing a never before character for 'Operation Duryodhana' directed by Posani Krishnamurali and produced on the banner of Aman International Movies.

The film is based on a huge scam by politicians that was unearthed in India by tehelka.com, whose name was also 'Operation Duryodhana'.

Giving details about the film, director Posani Krishnamurali says, 'Presently our film is in final mixing. We are planning to release the film on May 31. Srikanth played the role of a honest police officer who quits his job to cleanse the political system. It would be a different film in the career of Srikanth and Kalyani is playing the female lead opposite Srikanth. Popular item girl Mumaith Khan is playing another key role in the movie. If people cast their vote to honest politicians without giving room for the petty benefits offered by politicians, they would be definitely benefited in future. This is the message we are planning to give to the audiences through our film.'
