Produced by Dil Raju on the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, introducing Vamsy Paidipalli as director 'Munna' with Young Rebel Star Prabhas and Ileana in the lead is all set for release on May 2 as a summer special.

Producer Dil Raju says, 'We planned to release our film 'Munna' on April 27. However, director Vamsy Paidipally and music director Harris Jayaraj were firm on not to compromise on quality. Hence we made certain changes and due to these technical problems the film's release was postponed to May 2. The subject was prepared by Vamsy Paidipalli by striving hard for two long years. Prabhas would appear in the role of a university student in this film and he would sport a different look. Nithin, Allu Arjun and Siddhartha had earned a particular image after playing hero in our banner. Likewise, this film would earn a special image to Prabhas. There are two fights in the first half, two in second half, besides there is a good chase. All these have come out excellently. Already the audio proved a big hit. We are confident that 'Munna' would occupy a special place among summer releases. Even heroine Ileana's characterisation was also planned in a quite different way. We are sure that the film would be a super hit.'
