It is surprising that 'Okka Magaadu' had earned a big craze right from the day one of the shooting after Balakrishna's great hits like 'Samarasimha Reddy' and 'Narasimha Naidu'.

The title itself denotes the heroism of Balakrishna. It may be mentioned here that almost all the recent releases of Balakrishna failed to click at Box Office and Balakrishna's fans are in a depressed state.

Now, 'Okka Magaadu' is infusing new confidence in them that the film would be a blockbuster. On the other hand, there is a good craze even in its business as well.

It is learnt that Balakrishna would sport a different get up in this film.

Anushka and Nisha Kothari are playing the female lead, while Simran is appearing in a special role.

A part of the film was shot at Bhongir in Nalgonda district and is presently an action scene is being choreographed on Balakrishna and some fighters at Yadagirigutta.

Manisharma is providing music for this flick. The director cum producer of the film YVS Choudary is planning to release the film by the end of August.
