Ashok, directed by Surender Reddy with NT Ramarao in the lead remained an average flick at Box Office in 2006.

However, NTR's film 'Rakhee' with creative director Krishnavamsi, which has brother-sister sentiment in its backdrop received a good talk and remained steady at Box Office and entered into 2007.

The combination of SS Rajamouli and NTR, who gave two fantastic hits earlier and shook the box office with 'Student No. 1 and Simhadri', is repeating once again now. Director Rajamouli is producing the film on his own on the banner of 'Viswamitra Creations'.

It is a socio fantasy film and is named 'Yamadonga'. Malayali girls — Mamata Mohandas of 'Pokiri Pilla'-fame and Priyamani of Pellaina Kothalo-fame — are playing opposite him as female leads.

Another speciality of the film is that Dr M Mohanbabu is playing a different role of Yamadharma Raju.

The film will have tunes from MM Keeravani, while Parvati Melton, Navaneet Kaur and Kamna Jethmalani are playing the roles of Rambha, Urvasi and Menaka. The regular shooting of the film has begun from January 2.
