Shanthikumar Chilumula, who in the past produced ‘Akkada America – Ikkada India’, last heard, has turned director and is producing the film ‘Indian Beauty’ on Trinity International Entertainment Banner. The shooting part of the film is complete.

Speaking on the occasion, the director and producer Shanthikumar said, “The film brings to light the evaporation and desertion of ethical and moral values, the tenderness and the relationships by the Non Resident Indians living in Foreign and Far-off places. It also deals with throwing away of the age-old customs and ancient traditions by them in the face of changing times. The film runs in the background of romance and family drama. It is a story about an American guy, who comes to India and falls in love with an Indian girl. The events, that takes place from the ensuing romantic desires have been picturised in a hilarious mode. Where are the boundaries, when it comes to love and marriage? The perception of the Indian Females by the Western countries has been discussed fully and effectively in the film. To produce a good film has been my fervor, and I have succeeded in coming out with a good story for ‘Indian Beauty’, after a long time. The first schedule of the film was in America and the remaining schedules were held in Amalapuram, Hyderabad and surrounding areas. With that, the shooting is complete”.

One of the producers, Sanyasi Raju said, “Presently, post-production is going on furiously. The audio of the film will be released on 15th August and the release of the film will be in the month of September. I am exceptionally happy to be part of such a good film. Colin McGee is the Hero and Shailajarao is the Heroine.

Music is by Joy Calvin and cinematography is by Suresh Rohin. The screenplay is by Shanthikumar Chilumula, Kishore Dhara and Kate Thorpe.
