There are times when everything will go right. And there are occasions even simple things do not right.

Actor Srikanth has experienced both.

Alas, now it is the case of the latter. His recent release Sarda Sardaga has opened to a lukewarm response.

The movie, made by his mentor of sorts SVK, was never aimed at the urban audience. It is a fun film, suited for film buffs from towns and villages.

But initial reports suggest that even that does not seem to be happening. The so-called attempt humor has fallen flat. The jokes have been corny and sometimes borders on bawdy.

Elsewhere, too, things are hardly better for Srikanth, who if you remember, started his career as a screen villain.

His film with E Sattibabu Evandoy Sreevaru is looking for takers. The movie is complete but is still lying in the cans.

In the event, his focus is on his next movie with Vijayendra Prasad. The movie stars Gowri Munjal as the heroine. D Ramanaidu produces this venture. Venu is the other hero of the film.
