It is very difficult to slot Genelia's career.
She started promisingly in Boys. She has followed that with films with many big names in the industry.
But Genelia is also getting to understand that to make it to the top mere big films won't do. For that you need performance.
Genelia, the smart girl, is putting her heart into the roles that she is doing now.
The beautiful actress has film with Allu Arjun, Nitin and Vishnu, all up and coming talents.
One film is tentatively titled Babloo (with Vishnu). The film with Nitin, incidentally his father produces the film, is still to get a name. But it will be directed by Shankar.
Then there is the Geeta Arts film with Allu Arjun. This is a big movie under the direction of Karunakaran.
Happy is the title.
Well, hopefully it ushers the same feeling to Genelia.
