Mohan Babu sure likes a fight.

His film Political Rowdy seems to be in direct clash with the other heavy weight launch of the month Chatrapathi.

Now, Mohan Babu may be the elder statesman of the industry and has nothing much left to prove. But he seems to enjoy the clash with a young pretender to the top like Prabhas.

Political Rowdy is a handy role for Mohan Babu to show to the world that it is difficult writing him off. He plays a don who is smitten by love and does things that only youths do.

Political Rowdy also has plenty of trendy music. Scored by the hip-hop pasha Sandeep Chowtha, the songs are very rhythmic and in-your face. Incidentally, the music of the film was launched today at the Padmalaya Studios.

Mohan Babu's mentor of sorts Dasari Narayana Rao was the chief guest. Others who made it to the function included Charmi, Vishnu, Manoj, Tamanna, Rama Naidu, KC Sekhar Babu, C Kalyan, Srikanth, Ali, Brahmanandam, Sivaji Raja, Paruchuri Brothers and the music director Sandeep Chowtha.

In the event, it seems Prabhas has a big fight on his hands. Can he over power the rowdy?
