The people of Andhra sure take their Gods and screen Gods very seriously.

We have seen the manifestation of this previously.NTR was almost an incarnation of Vishnu.

More recently, we had devotees queuing up for 'darshan' at the Meenakshi Amman temple set for the film Arjun.

Now both history and mythology are repeating.

The Parnasala set got up for the film Sri Ramadasu is pulling the pious in droves.

The Bhaskara Raju-designed set is so authentic down to the last detail that the devout are happy to make it to the Annapurna Studios here.

The art director had painstakingly re-created the original after personally making a complete study of Parnasala.

Sri Ramadasu is directed by K Raghavendra Rao and features Nagarjuna, Sneha, ANR, Archana, Suman in main roles.
