The man of the moment in production is A M Rathnam.

The hotshot producer is making two of the big films awaiting release.

Muddula Koduku and Bangharam are the two films.

Rathnam, who straddles both Tamil and Telugu film industries with ease, is hopeful that the two films will break new grounds.

Of the two films, Muddula Koduku should be much closer to his heart as it stars his son Ravi Krishna who was seen 7 G Brindavan Colony. "It is an emotionally powerful film," says the producer.

Bangharam, would of course some more months to complete. But that is also an important film as it stars Pawan Kalyan in the lead. Directed by Dharani with whom Rathnam has given hits in Tamil, Bangharam has been making quick progress. A search is on for the second heroine for the film.

Rathnam, meanwhile, has also started his third film of the season. His son Jyothi Krishna is directing it with another son Ravi Krishna playing the lead. This film, again a bilingual, is named Kallan in Tamil and is awaiting a title in Telugu.

Looks like, Rathnam is a man in a hurry.
