There is one director who has been wanting to make a debut in Bollywood. 'Happy Days' should have been his at least 1000 days ago. He eventually banked on one 'Srimanthudu' to deliver him a 'Brahmotsavam' of his lifetime. That, too, did not work. Finally, he is set to have his 'Dabbang' time in Bollywood!
It's Shekar Kammula, who will remake his 2007 hit movie, Happy Days, into Hindi. The film will go on the floors sometime in March. Shekar Kapur and Salman Khan will produce the movie.
The cast and crew have yet to be finalized. If it was a top Hyderabad college with a swanky campus for the Telugu version, the Hindi version will be shot in a Pune college.
After Anamika, Kammula tried to do a film with Mahesh Babu. His attempt did not fructify, although the possibility is open and may be materialized in future. For now, though, Kammula will trust Bollywood to make his life beautiful!
