Fear of failure

A film turning a dud is no big deal in an industry where, at least statistically, 75 per cent of the films made are taken to be flops.
But it is not the statistics that is worrying NTR.
He is ready to take the disaster of Narasimhudu in his stride. It is not as if he is seeing flops for the first time in his life.
But what hurts him, and has left him devastated indeed, is the negative vibes surrounding the film's release and its aftermath.
The suicide attempt by Chengal Venkat Rao, the movie's producer, has in fact shaken him. The young hero was perplexed at the turn of events. Though he has been very quiet after it all, the sequence of events has left him bitter.
He was already in a bit of (assumed) pressure as he was feeling that his father was against him. Though he is not known to be jealous, the success of his half-brother Kalyan Ram's Atanokkade was also seen to put pressure on him.
The only worry for those backing is that the actor should not internalize all these heavy pressures. It will obviously be not good for him.
For the now, they are making him concentrate on musical sittings for his next film with Guna Sekhar.
The movie is expected to go to the floors in June.
By then, NTR should hopefully be back to normal.
