The first look of Swathi-starrer Tripura created quite a stir. Not the gripping poster but the presence of VV Vinayak at the launch ceremony has raised many eyebrows. Apparently, Akkinen Akhil`s debut film is being shot in Spain and it is apparent that Vinayak would be part of the crew there. Also Nagarjuna and Amala visited Spain to have a glimpse of the shooting.

With the recent release of Tripura`s first look, launched by Vinayak, everyone thought that the filmmaker was in the city leaving the onus on Nagarjuna. However, the truth of the matter is that Vinayak launched the first look of Tripura long back but the makers of that film have released the poster only recently - after the director left to Spain, thereby creating confusion.

Although Kona Venkat and Nithiin earlier clarified that Vinayak was very much in Spain, Akhil tweeted saying, “A proud moment for me, both mom and dad visited our set in Spain. My first abroad schedule for a film", says Akhil, happy with his parents presence on location. “ (sic).
