Shruti Haasan is a busy actress now with back to back shoots in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. She was in Chennai for a popular award function recently. She took some time off to visit a mall in the city.

When she asked for a make-up related item in a cosmetic store, the attendant replied that it was not available there. The reply made the 'Race Gurram' actress furious.She said that if she asks for a product, the attendant should go and check if it is available or not rather than giving a simple answer that it is not available.

She also sdemanded the attendant to direct someone else to attend her, if he couldn't get what she needs.
