'Pawan will protest, probe and question the issues like corruption, misgovernance and red tapism, he is not for power' said ace producer and waiting-to-be politician Aswini Dutt in a presser at Vijayawada. He said millions of fans are waiting to see Pawan wear the reformist hat, plunge into politics and force the change. He added that though modalities haven't been finalized, his entry would be mostly independent.
Even as the star himself is dilly dollying on the announcement, postponements of the D-Day, his fans especially the over eager social media is not keeping quiet. There are strong rumors from the actor's quarters about his contesting in the elections, how many and which constituencies he would contest etc.
Rumors are emerging that the Power Star might contest either from Malkajigiri or Kakinada (One each from telangana and Seemandhra states) and his party will contest for 9 MP and 40 MLA seats. While the news as of now is that the presser will be on the 9th March on which he would also launch the book he has written on his experiences, views and plans for the future, there is no confirmation from the star himself on this as yet.
So, its still the 'Wait n Watch' for a while...
