The prologue is for the story of Power Star’s Gabbar Singh 2. Riding super high on the success of Attarintiki Daredi, Pawan Kalyan is learnt to have spent lot of time on GS 2 script, thrashing it out several times and coming back. Meanwhile his other project, a multi-starrer with Venky and a rumored mega deal with 14 Reels also did rounds.

Now, close to five months after the release of AD, the news is confirmed that Gabbar Singh 2 is indeed being launched on Friday, the 21st February at last. The first person who would take a breath perhaps would be, the director of the film Sampath Nandi.

The regular shooting of the film will commence from April and details of cast and crew will be disclosed soon.
