'Bangaaru Kodipetta' To Hit The Screens On 27th Feb

'Bangaru Kodi petta’, a Navdeep Swathi starrer has been completed some time ago and awaiting the D Day. Now with bleak season starting from February and almost all the releases finishing by the second week of February or defer to March end, the producers have decided that its time they get it out of cans.

Guru Films today announced the release of their debut Telugu production, a romantic crime comedy Bangaaru Kodi Petta, on February 27, 2014. Produced by Sunitha Tati, directed by Raj Pippalla and starring Colors Swathi and Navdeep, the film is a fresh take on love, hope and the glittering promise of new beginnings and possibilities. The team is confident that Bangaru Kodi Petta effortlessly weaves romance, comedy and robbery into an entertaining whole and hence could well be this years surprise hit.

The story is about Bhunumathi Pinnisetti (Swathi) is desperately trying to make an independent life for herself, but circumstances make it difficult for her. So she takes the help of her colleague Vamsi (Navdeep) to pull off a get-rich-quick heist. In the course of these events, love blossoms and brings Bhanu and Vamsi’s lives accidentally in contact with estranged twins YerraBabu and Dora Babu(Ram-Lakshman, fight masters), their PandemKodi (fighting rooster) and the pizza delivery boy and wannabe actor Venu(Santosh).

Navdeep, Swathi, Santosh, Ram-Lakshman and Sanchalana are the principal cast in the film. Supporting is a crew comprising Sahir Raja the DOP, Music composed by Mahesh Shankar, Sunitha Thati the producer and Raj Pippalla the director.
