Nagarjuna is known to be candid and forthcoming in his chats with media. He has never been diplomatic or delivered politically correct statements just for the heck of it. But on the eve of the new year 2014, he expressed utter disappointment about the past year 2013 which gave him more forgettable memories than relishable.

Nagarjuna said 'I will try and erase 2013 out of my memories as effetcivelya s possible. It gave me worries in the professional front and shocks in personal life. While this year my father's illness and the ensuing surgery has weakened the family's strength, my two films 'Greekuveerudu' and 'BHAI' have been disasters'

He was especially critical of the later film 'BHAI' which is also his production. 'BHAI' is a bad film and I felt it was a mistake to do it. It felt such a bad taste that I stopped my friends and family members from watching it. I felt responsible for the unsavoury output coz I was also the producer. I kind of resolved not to repeat BHAI again.

Perhaps the one solace came at the end of the year thru Uyyala Jampala which gave me a new pathway to travel from here on. I will do more meaningful films than the stereotypes.

On the personal front, I am spending time with my father and making attempts to preserve each and every moment I am with him. Looking forward to 2014 to give him a better health and joy for the family' He concluded.
