Recently grapevines had been buzzing about an alleged divorce between Hrithik and his wife Suzanne. It was widely speculated that all is not fine between the two and they are soon going to get separated.

But the star ultimately took upon himself to clear the air and thrashed such stories as mere rumours. He wrote on his micro-blogging site thus: "Just a thought - your life is less about you and more about the people around you who love you!"

What had added fuel to the fire is that recently at Rakesh Roshan’s birthday bash, while most of B-town’s noted names turned up, his daughter-in-law Suzanne simply made a brief appearance at the party - by turning up late and staying only for some time before making a quick exit.

Talks were also going on that the Roshan bahu was staying in her parents’ house.

Hrithik and Suzanne’s separation story was also rubbished by the latter’s sister, jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali by tweeting, "Celebrities will always be food for gossip.

Don't believe everything you read. It's a pity the media lives off personal lives. Get a life!"

Earlier, during the release of film ‘Kites’ similar gossips had cropped up, due to alleged affair between Hrithik and co-star Barbara Moris. However, those stories too died out as rumours.
