Reliance Entertainment Files Petition For Police Protection
Send us your feedback to audioarticles@vaarta.com
Looks like Reliance Entertainment is stubborn on releasing 'Toofan' on the 6th September at any cost. Today in the wee hours of court session, they have filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court for Police protection helping them to release Ram Charan Tej starrer 'Toofan' across the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Amidst a huge political turmoil brewing in the state for the past few years and especially in the Seema and Andhra regions where the Samaikyandhra activists have openly threatened to stop films starring any Mega Family hero. Succumbing to the pressures, Reliance, the co-producer of another Mega hero film 'Attarintiki Daredi' have indefinitely postponed the release. Hoeever, Toofan is the Telugu version of Bollywood film Zanjeer and hence, cannot be postponed since it's virtually impossible for rescheduling the release in Bollywood once postponed.
It will be interesting to see how the activists will respond to the police security at the theaters and how the very situation will affect the openings for the movie.
