The platinum disc function of Sudheer Babu and Nanditha's 'Prema Katha Chitram' has been done at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad. V.V.Vinayak, M.M.Keeravani, Thammareddi Bharadwaja, Santhosh Srinivas, Suresh Kondeti etc have attended the event along with the movie team.

M.M.Keeravani has presented the shields to the singers and lyricists. And V.V.Vinayak has presented them to the unit members.

V.V.Vinayak said, " We hear that Dasari sir used to form a team with all his disciples and also used to give chances to new ones. He has formed a film factory in industry. Now Maruthi is also going in his route. He seems like a mini Dasari. I wish he makes more films like this. I had worked as an assistant for four films of Krishna sir. He loves cinema and used to feel very happy when any one talks about Mahesh. I can imagine how happy he will be when Sudheer Babu's movie has become a hit. Sudheer is an example that hardwork pays off. I congratulate the whole team of 'Prema Katha Chitram' ".

Sudheer Babu said, " I used to enjoy the films of my uncle Krishna and Mahesh with my friends. Now I am very happy, when watching my own film with my friends. I acted in this film to prove myself as a hero and I thank my director and producers for the success of this film".

Maruthi says," I am very happy a movie with a budget of 2 crores has collected 15 crores. I became a director as the revenge on a director. I had challenged him that I will make a hit movie with a small budget and come out from him. I have shown it by making 'Ee Rojullo' with a budget of 50 lakhs. We will make more and more good movies on Maruthi movies banner".
