Young Rebel Star Prabhas, Anushka and Richa Gangopadhyay are playing the lead in 'Mirchi' and produced by V Vamsikrishna Reddy and Pramod on the banner of UV Creations introducing writer Koratala Siva as director had completed its shooting recently and is presently busy in post - production activities.

Music Devil Devisri Prasad scored music for this film and the audio of the film is slated to be launched in the first week of January. Efforts are being made to release the film in the first week of February.

Speaking on the occasion, producers say Prabhas is doing a different role in this film and his looking style would be very different. We did not compromise at any point of tie and produced it in a prestigious manner. Director Siva too moulded the film with high technical values. Especially, he had a good command over the story. We are launching the audio in the first week of January amidst the fans of Prabhas. The combination of Prabhas and Devisri Prasad had brought out several hit music albums. So, there are high expectations on this album too and we hope we will reach those expectations. Especially, Prabhas would appear in a way his fans and audiences wanted to see him. The film had lots of commercial elements. This film would be one of the prestigious movie in Prabhas career. We are planning to release the film in the first week of February across the globe in highest number of screens.

Satyaraj, Nadia, Brahmanandam, Raghubabu, Satyam Rajesh, Srinivasa Reddy, Sampat Kumar, Aditya Menon and others are in the cast. Camera is by Madi, editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao while story, screenplay dialogues and direction are by Koratala Sova.
