Karthi, who earned name and fame by playing hero in super hit films like 'Yuganiki Okkadu, Avara, Naa Peru Siva', is again playing hero in a film 'Bad Boy' directed by Suraj and produced by KE Gnanavel Raja on the banner of Studio Green with a high budget. Anushka played heroine opposite Karthi in this film.

Speaking on the occasion, hero Karthi says, 'This 'Bad Boy' film was produced by producer Gnanavel Raja with a very high budget. Director Suraj brought out the film well. It is a nice experience to work with Anushka. In this film, my character is a little different. There is good importance for Anushka's character in this movie. Devisri Prasad gave a very good music for this film. Definitely, this would be another hit movie for me in Telugu.

Producer Gnanavel Raja says, 'All the Karthi's films that were dubbed in Telugu were welcomed by the Telugu audiences. This would also be a hit film for Karthi in Telugu. We are planning to release this film across the globe on January 12 as a Sankranti gift. Studio Green itself is releasing film on its own banner. Camera is by S Saravanan and dialogues are by Sashank Vennelakanti.
