Starring Rajesh Kumar and Amruthavalli in the lead roles, Kho Kho is a film featuring newcomers. However, according to the director Rams Rathod, they have made the film like experienced artistes and technicians. "Though this is my first film, I could make the film well with the able assistance of all the artists, technicians and also the producer."

It has been awarded U by the Censor Board. "The fight picturising using 45 tractors will thrill the audience. Bhanu Chandar as the heroine's father and a village sarpanch has given a good performance. Vijaya Ranga Raju as the villain is terrifying. This film, set in a village backdrop, will entertain both the mass and class audiences."

The film has music by Sunil Kashyap of It's My Love Story fame. The makers are hopeful that the film will be a hit when it releases in December.

It has dialogues by Anil. Lyrics are by Lakshmi Bhupati, Rama Rao and Anil. Action choreography is by Kanal Kannan. Cinematography is by Satish K Chari. Editing is by Bujji Babu. Rams Rathod has also written the story and screenplay.
