Are Puri and Pawan unhappy that they are the butt of T-inspired ire? Far from feeling angry or sad, they should thank God for two good reasons.
1.Puri wrote the two women characters - that of the gutka-chewing lady politician who has a feminist agenda and the gun-owning lady editor-cum-criminal, essayed by Scarlett Wilson - out of sheer ignorance. So why should Puri thank God, you ask? It is because Women Are Friends Among Themselves Association has not demanded the deletion of the misogynistic interview scene involving Rambabu and Gundakka. It is learnt that the members of this organization are still scratching their heads to understand how the lady editor could be showing coming out alive after daringly demanding Rs. 200 cr. from Prakash Raj, who had killed a journalist and his own father within the confines of the same house! They may take to the streets and burn Puri's effigies after they understand the logic behind this episode.
2.Pawan should thank God that the 'Che Guevara Telugu Yuva Sena' has not demanded the deletion of the scenes where Che's portraits are seen. After all, how can a real revolutionary's portrait be misused in a film set in an imaginary land where Rama Rajya prevails in the reign of the great CM Chandrasekhar Reddy, played by Nasser?
