Mega pirate's age reminds Nag of Akhil

The arrest of Alluru Venkata Ashok Varma, the mega pirate whose criminal activities have caused huge loss of revenue for the film industry, has seemingly affected Nagarjuna.

"When I learnt that his age is just 19, it reminded me of Akhil. When youngsters of Venkata's age enter into piracy, they put their future in jeopardy. Do not encourage piracy. There is a responsibility on the part of parents to keep a tab on their children's activities. The government is taking the right steps to curb piracy," he noted while speaking to journalists yesterday.
