"I congratulate DSP on this occasion; this is our fourth film together. All the previous films were big musical hits. This film, too, will be a big musical hit," Nag roared.

He said that it was not right to belittle someone as a small director. "We should not differential between a big and a small director. Many small directors have worked miracles in the past. If you have talent, anybody can reach great heights," he pointed out.

Nag took stock of his career by saying, "I fell down three times in my career. I recouped my strength every time I fell. Victory and defeat are common in every one’s life. When we have the blessings of God, we will surely move ahead."

Speaking of Damarukam, he said, "After completing the film, we felt that there was a need for a masala song. Thus we placed the Sakkubai Salam number in the film. We are very confident about the film. I am proud of my fans. They have put me on their shoulders for the past 25 years, reposing faith in me that I will come up with good films. I will always be indebted to them. I am relishing the success of Shirdi Sai. I thank the audience for giving me this big hit."
