As reported by us earlier, the audio of Damarukam will be released on Sep 10 at Shilpakala Vedika. Many industry biggies are expected to make it to the event. The music of the film is by Devi Sri Prasad. Since it belongs to the socio-fantasy genre, director Srinivas Reddy has afforded to infuse more songs.

Nag said: "I have done a socio-fantasy film for the first time in my career. Venkat garu has produced it without making any compromise. Srinivas Reddy has dealt with the subject very well. There is so much importance for graphics in the film. It has come out extraordinarily."

Dr. Venkat said: "This is a big budget movie in Nag's career. We have never seen a movie of this kind on the Indian screen. I am proud to have produced a prestigious movie like Damarukam."

The movie will be released on Oct 12.

While the female lead actress Anushka has a meaty role, cinematography is by Chota K Naidu.
