Okkadine is a film being directed by Srinivas Raga of Katha fame. The film stars Nara Rohit and Nithya Menen in the lead roles. Talking about the film's theme, the director says that Okkadine revolves around a youngster who pines for familial love. He wishes to find a girl who shares a similar outlook in life. Does he find one in Nithya? That is suspense for now.

Produced by CV Reddy, Okkadine has music by Karthik. If Katha was a psychological thriller, Raga's second film promises to be a wholesome family entertainer. Though Nara Rohith's character does seem to bear some resemblance to the one he played in Solo, we may expect a novel treatment from the talented director.

For the hero, this film offers a clear advantage, in that he gets an opportunity to consolidate his position after the commercial success he just had in the form of Solo.

The film is currently being shot in Ramoji Film City.
