MUK again! With a different screenplay

The makers of MUK are toying with the idea of a new version of the film which will have a different screenplay. It will first release in Telugu followed by a re-release in Tamil.
Says director Elred Kumar, ÂWeÂre working on the Telugu version ÂNirantharam Nee OohaleÂ, this will have a different screenplay. Since we wanted tax benefits we made several cuts in Tamil and went ahead with a U certificate. Our Telugu version will not have these cuts and will most probably receive an A from the censor board cause of it, itÂs not censored yetÂ.
Buzz is that the new screenplay will have more prominence to AtharvaÂs motherÂs character, played by Anupama Kumar.
ÂThis Telugu version will be more intense and there will be changes in the climax as well, post the Telugu release the film will re-release in Tamil in the same version as it will in TeluguÂ, he adds.
