Looks like Illeana D' Cruz will soon make many more friends in Bollywood besides Priyanka Chopra. It is because she is one of the few South Indian actresses to have signed two new films even before the release of her touted B-town debut. Even as she is in news for sharing screenspace with Ranbir Kapoor (and Piggy Chops) in Barfee, she has reportedly signed two new films with producer Ronnie Screwvala.

By any standard, this is a major achievement for a South Indian actress. Given that Ronnie is a movie moghul, impressing him with her discipline and acting mettle goes to prove Ileana's spirit. The voluptuous diva with a sparkling smile has definitely come a long way since Devdasu in Telugu. Though it is common knowledge that it was Puri Jagannadh's Pokiri which made her a star actress and raised her stature to new heights in 2006, the films like Kick and Jalsa gave her the opportunity to showcase her mettle.

The actress has had super flops in the form of Recchipo and Salim, but she is still at the top. That goes to show her BO standing.
