ML Kumar Chowdhary of Sri Keerthi Combines is confident that Adhinayakudu will surpass the records of Samarasimha Reddy, Narasimha Naidu and Simha. Balakrishna is playing three roles in the movie, spanning three generations – grand father, father, son. Jayasudha, Sukanya and Lakshmi Rai are paired opposite the three.

To be released in January, the film has been shot in various locations. The flashback episode involving the senior most Balakrishna was shot amidst a crowd of 40000 in Kurnool. Paruchuri Murali (director) has made the film in such a way that it will be lapped up both the classes and the masses.

Kota Srinivasa Rao, Brahmanandam, Charan Raj, MS Narayana, Venu Madhav, Aditya Menon and others are playing key roles.
