Performing superbly, the movie opened to packed houses earning a spectacular 9.5 crores on Friday. The trend continued and a positive word of mouth resulted in a 10.50 crore on Saturday and Sunday resulting in a total of 30.5 crores for all India.

The south versions Tamil and Telugu have added an impressive share of 1.5 crore to its booty. Resulting an all India 3 day net of a whooping 32 crores.
