With the trend of using the T dialect in Telugu films fast increasing, Madhura Sreedhar banked on the idea of making the parents of the hero in his film It's My Love Story speak in the now much-used lingo. It was a pleasant surprise to see Pragathi (hero's mother) and Kashi Viswanath (hero's father) speak in T accent. The former is natural and the audience are bound to receive it well.

In the film, which was premiered at Hyderabad's Cinemax on Nov. 9 (the film is slated to release on the 11th), Arjun (played by Arvind Krishna) hails from the T region. (For obvious reasons, the hero doesn’t speak like his parents).

The premiere show was attended by Chetan Bhagat, author, who said that IMLS was the first Telugu film that he was going to watch.
