Guruvaram as gift to Sai Baba devotees

The devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba have a gift in the form of the film Guruvaram. The movie stars late Rami Reddy in the role of the Baba, while Suman plays Sri Hara Shastri in the film. Sri Hara Shastri, says the legend, was well-versed in all the Shastras.

Vigna Vinayak has written and directed the movie, besides lending the music and producing it. Babu Mohan, Annapurna, Ramoji, KVL, JV Ramanamurthy, Gemini and others form the rest of the star cast.

Saying that Suman's performance will stand out in the film, the director said that the music has already got unqualified listener appreciation.

The film will release in November as a "gift to Sai devotees."
