As the new movie from Aashiq Abu, 'Salt 'N Pepper' is completing 50 days in style, the movie has been acknowledged as the Blockbuster hit. The movie which opened in as low as 23 centres still continues in around 40 centres in its fifty days and is estimated to have grossed around 5. 2 crores.

Considering that the cost of the movie is less than 1.6 crores(including Prints and Publicity), the makers of the movie Lucsam creations will be more than happy to have made at least a crore of profits from theatres. Add to that the money from the selling of satellite rights and others (estimated to be around 1.5 crores), 'Salt N Pepper' will offer its producers a very decent margin of profits.

'Salt N Pepper' featuring Lal, Asif Ali, Shwetha Menon, Mydhili, Vijayraghavan and Baburaj was enjoying good collections without any competition for the last few weeks, as no other big movie made into theatres in this entire months of Ramzan.
