Dr V Nagendra Prasad sitting pretty with tremendous collection for his last week release film 'Vinayaka Geleyara Balaga' has apologized before the media on Monday afternoon for the mistake he has committed.

I apologize to Lahari Recording Company for having used Dr C Ashwath song Hinde Hege Chimutitthu Kanna Thumba Priti Yeega Yaake Jwalisuthidde Eno Shanke Beethi...light music song without seeking permission from Lahari Velu.

I am a big fan of Dr C Ashwath and I found it right to use the song of Dr NS Lakshminarayana Bhatta for my sequence in the 'Vinayaka Geleyara Balaga'. I have used the song in the audio CD of the film but only in the film I have used it. Due credit was not given because of some technical snag.

I am adding the due credit for the film from Tuesday in all the 35 theatres and writing a letter of apology to Lahari Recording Company said Dr V Nagendra Prasad.
