Tamil director KV Anand had become a prominent name in the Telugu film industry, with the success of films like 'Veedokkade' and ‘Rangam’. In fact, both the films were made in Tamil as 'Ayan' and 'Ko' and were dubbed into Telugu as the heroes of the film Surya and Vishal are well known among the Telugu audiences.

Noticing the spark in the director, Prince Maheshbabu had agreed to do a film with him and gave him a nod to prepare a good subject that suits his image.

Presently, the Prince is busy in wrapping up his film 'Dookudu' under Sreenu Vaitla's direction and immediately after this, he would join the shooting of 'The Business Man' with Puri Jagannath.

However, it is not clear whether, he would two films simultaneously or join KV Anand’s film later.
