‘Ko..Ko….Koli Kothi’ is not related to the sports ‘Kho Kho’ but it is a game of love. A youthful and captivating script prepared by Bharani Minerals is taken up for direction by director R Chandru who has two hits out of three films – Taj Mahal, Prem Kahani and Mylari.

‘Ko..Ko..Koli Kothi’ is no doubt a striker from the title for its uniqueness. There is curiosity in the poster designs too. For the first time Srinagara Kitty is teamed with national award winning actress Priyamani. Top Telugu actor of over 300 films Srihari is tempted to act in this film of Bharani Minerals second venture in Kannada.

The muhurut was attended by century hero Shivarajakumar, Puneeth Rajakumar and Smt Geetha Shivarajakumar at Kanteerava studio on Monday morning.

Srinagara Kitty against odds is hoping to become a police officer in his role while Priyamani is playing is independent mindset lady in the film. Harshika Poonacha, Praveen, Varada Reddy are also in the cast of this film.

Ramana Gogula is making a comeback to Kannada after Yuvaraja. Government College Hudgru Naavu….Mudde Bassaru Thinthivi Saaru…is sung by Ramana Gogula for this film is ready with recording. He has finished the other five tunes but voice mixing has to take place.

Bhasker producer of Bharani films in his second film thanked his team and it requires guts to make this kind of script he says. This new launch is as per schedule and the earlier film ‘Lakshmi’ is bit delayed. Both are lovely films from our banner he pointed. Adhi is the joint producer of ‘Ko..Ko..Koli Kothi’.

Director Chandru wants this film Ko Ko….to be totally different from three of his previous films. We have sat together and discussed on every shot and scene. In Bangalore we are shooting for 18 days and there is a journey to Kukke Subramanya and on return it will be finish of the shooting says Chandru.

Ravi Kaale as ACP, Harshika Poonacha as village belle, Praveen and Varada Reddy are also in the cast. KS Chandrasekhar is the cameraman.
