Director Puri Jagannadh's brother Sai Ram Shankar who has been trying his luck to make it big in the industry seems to have reposed his faith in changing the name to better his fortunes. He has now changed his name from Sai Ram Shankar to just 'Ram Shankar'.

We hear he has taken the deciscion to change his name and has informed all his friends and the industry personalities to refer to him only as 'Ram Shankar' hereafter. His last movie 'Bumper offer' was a damp squib at the box office. Ironically, that film was produced by Puri Jagannadh himself.

In an attempt to resurrect his brother's ailing career, Puri himself is producing yet another movie on his Vaishno Academy banner. He is penning the script, screenplay and also music for this love entertainer which will go on floors soon.This flick will be directed by Gopi Ganesh and stars former Miss Gujarat, Monal as the heroine.

We are yet to see if change in name will bring in any luck to this struggling actor.
