Samantha who mesmerised the Telugu audiences with her performance in films like ‘Ye Maya Chesave’ and ‘Brindavaanam’ is getting ready to enthral them once again.

Srinivas Damera, who is planning to cash in on the craze about the heroine by dubbing a Tamil film ‘Bana Kathadi’ directed by Badri Venkatesh in the name of ‘Kurralloy Kurrallu’ on the banner of 5 Colours Multimedia.

Adharva, son of yesteryear’s Tamil hero Murali, played the hero opposite Samantha.

The film had completed all the post-production formalities and was set for release on April 1 earlier. However, with the postponement of the release of ‘Shakthi’, the producer deferred the release date and announced that his film would hit the screens on April 8.

The producer says, ‘We are cent per cent confident that the film would definitely attract all classes of audiences, especially the youth. Samantha’s performance and glamour would win the hearts of audiences. All the songs of the Telugu version have become quite popular and the audio was a big hit. Yuvan Shankar Raja gave fantastic tunes to all the songs.’
