Taapsee signs a Hindi film

Former model and now actress Taapsee is now gearing up to do a Hindi movie just like other actresses Kajal, Ileana and Trisha. She is all set to play the lead in David Dhawan's next project which is yet to be titled. This film will be supposedly the remake of romantic comedy 'Chashmee Badoor' which released in 1980's. The star cast for this film other than Taapsee is yet to be known.
Taapsee however informed that she will not quit Telugu and Tamil films just because she has now signed a Bollywood flick.
"These languages have given me life and I will continue to work here" she claims. Taapsee had earlier been offered one of the lead roles in Puri Jagannadh's Hindi project 'Buddah' that stars Amitabh Bachchan in the lead. However, she turned the offer down as her dates didn't permit her to act in this film.This Delhi girl has earned huge fan base in such short span of time also thanks to her super quick Telugu and Tamil learning skills.She dubbed for herself in her upcoming film 'Mr Perfect' with Prabhas.She has reportedly turned down about six big projects in Tollywood with Balakrishna, Ram et al.
She debuted in Telugu with Manchu Manoj's film 'Jhummandi Naadham' which evoked good response at the box office.Her second film 'Vasthaadu Naa Raju' was with Vishnu Manchu.She has three Telugu films in her kitty including the one in Krishna Vamsi's direction. She is also playing lead in Ravi Teja's 'Veera' and Prabhas' 'Mr. Perfect'. Her Tamil movie 'Aadukulam' with Dhanush in which she played an Anglo-Indian girl also won her critical acclaim.
