After giving a big hit like ‘Maryada Ramanna’, Sunil played hero in the direction of Ram Gopal Varma for ‘Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju’ and the film had received bad reviews from everywhere and remained a worst disaster.

Instead of licking the wounds of failure, Sunil is going to get himself busy for his forthcoming film ‘Napoleon’ to be directed by Koti, a protégé of SS Rajamouli and produced by Ganesh Indukuri on the banner of Sanvi Productions.

The interesting feature is that Deeksha Seth of ‘Vedam’ and ‘Wanted’-fame was roped in as heroine in this movie.

Director says, ‘The characterisation of Sunil would be on the lines of French emperor Napoleon and his attitude and thinking would be on par with him. That is the reason why we titled the film as Napoleon. The film would be made with Rajasthan in its backdrop. We are planning to go for regular shooting of the film in the second week of March.’

It is learnt that Sunil was offered Rs 2.5 crores for this movie.
