The first schedule of ‘Kodipunju’ directed by BVV Choudary and produced by SS Bujjibabu on the banner of SS Cinemas with Tanish as hero and Sobhana as heroine had completed its first schedule recently. The second schedule was planned in the first week of February.

Speaking on the occasion, the director says, ‘We have completed over 40 per cent shoot in the first schedule. We mixed family sentiment and action for this love subject with village in its backdrop. Our film would definitely earn an action hero image to Tanish. Roja is playing a powerful character called Daggubati Sitaratnam. MS Narayana would entertain the audiences as Anjaneyapuram Appalaraju. The producers are making efforts to release the film as a summer gift.’

Sivakrishna, Rajyalakshmi, Satyaprakash, Rallapalli and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Sriram Choudary and Tallapaka Nagaraju, lyrics are by Bhaskarabhatla, music is by Anup Rubens, camera is by Sivakumar, action is by Nandu, while story, screenplay and direction are by BVV Choudary.
