The audio of ‘Vastaadu Naa Raju’ was launched at a special function held in Vijayawada. Padmasri Dr M Mohanbabu launched the audio and handed over the first CD to K. Raghavendra Rao.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohanbabu says, ‘My debut film as an actor ‘Swargam Narakam’ was shot here and it was the place where my name was permanently changed as Mohanbabu by my mentor Dasari Narayana Rao. I had a strong bond with this place. Earlier, I planned to marry a girl from this place but could not. Even I could not get my elder daughter-in-law from this place. However, I had a strong urge to get at least my younger daughter-in-law (for Manoj) from Vijayawada.’

Later, Vishnu, the hero of the film says, ‘It is not just my father, but I too had thought to release the audio of my debut film in Vijayawada but it did not happen. However, I am happy for the release of this audio at least here.’

Director Hemand Madhukar says, ‘Manisharma gave melodious tunes to all the songs. We are very sure that it would definitely liked by one and all. Vishnu is playing the role of a sportsperson in this movie. I thank Mohanbabu for giving me a free hand while making this film.’

The film had Tapsee in the female lead and it is being presented by Mohanbabu and produced by Veronica, wife of Manchu Vishnu on the banner of 24 Frames Factory. Mayuri is marketing the audio.
