After their much reported disastrous marriage life, popular Malayalam film actress Kavya Madhavan and her husband Nishal Chandra, once again came together to file a divorce petition at the Ernakulam family Court.

According to the mediators who talked with both the families for an amicable solution, there will be no more discussion on the issues in public and that Kavya will withdraw the petition filed against Nishal under the Domestic Violence Act.

One of the most popular actresses ever in Mollywood, 24 year old Kavya got married last year with Nishal, who is a computer engineer at Kuwait. She also announced her quitting the film industry with her marriage but things turned sour in just three months and news were flowing about the turmoil in her life finally resulting in the divorce, which now is sure to happen in another couple of weeks.

Kavya has now returned to filmdom and popularity with no difficulties, with her first film after marriage 'Pappy Appacha' becoming a super hit. She has got plenty of projects with meaty roles like Bhaktha Janangalude Sraddhakku, China town and Gaddhama which is expected to help her to return to numero uno position, again in Mollywood.
