Ram Gopal Varma is a talented director, no doubt! He has made the best of movies but at the same time has also faced the worst of controversies. Looks like his forthcoming release, Rakta Charitra has its share too!

The movie apparently has a few violent scenes and a few hardships faced by body doubles and technicians. Sources say Communist Party of India (ML) has given a petition to the Human Rights Commission (HRC) to stay the release of ‘Raktha Charithra’. Following the receipt of the petition the HRC has asked the Central Board of Film Certification to review the movie and send the report based on the petition regarding a few scenes. The deadline for the censor board, according to sources, is 28th May.

‘Rakta Charitra’ is a real life adaptation of the conflict between Paritala Ravi and Suri. He would hope the conflict of interest between his movie and the society would be resolved at the earliest! The audience would hope the same too!
