AVS' Kothimooka is currently filming in Hyderabad. It seems that the schedule will move ahead at a brisk pace, as the producers are planning to release it in the last week of April. The comedian-turned-director's film stars Krishnudu and Shraddha Arya in the leads.

Venkat Jagadeesh is producing the movie under the banner Tulasi Poojitha Films. So, many years after he debuted as producer with Tarun-starrer Uncle, which was a super flop, he is turning director this year. He has roped in Mani Sharma as the music director.

The film will wrap up shooting on April 20. Slated for an April end release, it is learnt to be a love story. Also, the film will have loads of comedy, which will be taken care by Brahmanandam, Ali, Gundu Hanumantha Rao, Harshawardhan, Venu Madhav and others. Hope AVS becomes successful in the second innings, after a brief sabbatical owing to ill-health in the last two years.
