After tasting the success with his recent hit ‘Peranmai’, director S.P.Jananathan revealed his plans for his next project. The director who takes up different storyline and backdrop has now decided on historical love subject that happened before thousand years.

Wanting to hear a lot more we probed the director further to explain it in detail.

“This not a love story of any king or aristocratic family. What I have taken-up is the love tale on the commoners who lived thousand years back. I have started to read the history of Chola dynasty that belongs to the 10th century. When I started to read the history which is thousand years old, I got to know about many buried secrets and truths. The discoveries made by people of that era are unbelievable. I have dug out many untold chronicles. Everything starting from the trade of slaves to the construction of magnificent temples, gives blows to me. The book I am reading at present is ‘Cholar Perundevar Kaalam’. When I am done with this book, I would have got the supporting characters and other details of my story. I have got the story’s outline already,” disclosed Jananathan.
